Fitness is evolving yet the idea of a man is not. We ask for help when we don’t need it. We rely on a GPS instead of basic human skills. Hell, we even get pellets put in our butts just to make us feel 20 again. To use an outdated acronym, WTF? Fortunately for us, we have a new frontier. The virtual space! As men of action, we are required to explore this new frontier in order to obtain longevity. This begs an important question, how does the modern man navigate this virtual fitness for men? Let me divulge 3 rules to be successful in men's virtual fitness.

I know I sound like your dad, but hear me out. This concept is a must for men's fitness. Especially if you intend on a long life. We are older. We do need to watch with a more finite eye.
