An effective online exercise program, must exercise our bodies systems seperately as well as together. I have created a simple approach to online workout programs. These 4 steps are implemented with every client, and on every video in my course. Following these steps, will make any online fitness program effective.
- Static:

Benefits for you: Oxygen fuels your body. Learning to breathe properly, increases your bodies ability to build muscle, and create fitness.
- Active:

- Purpose: Provide proprioception(body awareness) during exercise.
Benefits for you: As you create more body awareness, risk of injury is decreased drastically. As injury risk goes down, physical strength can be built.
- Mobile:

Benefits for you: The bread and butter! With strong muscles, you can hike, run, play ball, or just chase your kids around the world. Not to mention, strong muscles have a nice shape!!!
