Here are 3 things you NEED to do to slow down the aging process.
- Stretch 3-5 times a week
- Mobilize your joints 3-5 times a week
- Strength train 3 times a week.

- Why strength train 3 times a week/
We all know muscle is great for longevity. More importantly, recovery is important for longevity. As we age, more time is required to heal. Less strength training, and more of the previous two! PubMed
